Key Responsibilities: ● Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs, and sales techniques. ● Understand the brand’s ethos and effectively communicate it to the frontline and store teams. ● Conduct regular store visits to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching. ● Create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles. ● Drive training for new joiners, along with refresher programs for existing staff. ● Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives. ● Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs like conversion rates and customer feedback. ● Build a culture of learning and growth within the retail team. What We're Looking For: ● 2–3 years of experience in retail training, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear brands. ● Strong understanding of Indian wear fabrics, fits, and styling. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to travel frequently to stores across cities. ● Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design tools (optional but a plus Self-driven, people-oriented, and organized.
