Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness.
Support team members in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate transactions.
Follow up with customers for post-sale support and feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in retail or customer service (Jewellery experience preferred).
Education: PUC or Graduation.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
