We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Tanishq in WHITEFIELD-Bengaluru.

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery and a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue while delivering a high standard of customer service.

This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to store performance and customer satisfaction.

1. Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement

2. Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision

3. Prepare the estimate of the products selected and completing the sales transaction

4. Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section

5. Assist the customer in a sales return or repair

6. Adhere to the standard operating procedures in the store

7. Adhere to cost savings practices undertaken in the store

8. Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated Report the sold sock and ensure the stock replenishment

9. Ensure proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter

10. Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day

11. Maintain safety of products displayed to customers and communicate promptly to the superiors about any potential theft

12. Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimize the same

13. Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices & learning to improve store level processes

14. For floor manager role - team management, ensuring motivation and target achievement, ensuring metrics and kpi maintained.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
