Job Description - Sales Promoters (Relievers)
Ø Critical Parameters:
· Age: - Less than 30 years (Female)
· Qualification: - 12th Pass/Graduation (Any Stream); should not pursue higher education.
· Experience: - An experience of 1-2 years with exposure in Pharma/FMCG/Retail sector.
· Communication: - Basic English, and local language.
· Salary: - Standard salary.
· Travelling: - Relievers will be required to travel 5-6 stores within the same territory.
Ø Other Benefits:
· Mobile reimbursement and internet expense of Rs 300 will be given monthly over and above the salary.
· Quarterly incentive will be given to Relievers upon achievement of sales targets and other parameters as per company policy.
Ø Responsibilities:
ü Monthly Performance –
a. Sales promoters (relievers) should achieve set daily, weekly and monthly sales target. (Sales target will be shared by manager at the beginning of month)
ü Engagement Activities –
a. Sales promoter (relievers) should interact and have good rapport with doctors to generate prescription and recommendation.
b. They should ensure monthly nurse education program is held in association with nurses to strengthen the rapport and generate recommendation.
c. Regular connect with pharmacists to build up rapport.
d. Interaction with all customers (Inside Hospital only) and making them aware about our brand, convincing them to visit the store, upsell and cross sell the products and collect customer data to retain them for a longer period.
e. Participation in other marketing activities as per guidelines to increase the customer foot fall (Maintain daily footfall count).
ü Reporting –
a. Working hours – 9 hours, as per hospital OPD timing.
b. Attendance - Daily update in online portal is mandatory.
c. Daily sales report should be done to reporting manager.
d. Tour plan/ expenses online update must be done by month end. (Training will be provided)
ü Attire & Grooming-
a. Sales promoters (relievers) must wear the company’s uniform (white shirt, black trouser, and purple coat) from Monday to Saturday. (Uniform will be provided by company)
b. Grooming should be done as per company standard. (Grooming kit will be provided)
c. Black shoe and socks to be worn during the working hours. (Shoes and socks will be provided)
d. Badge has to be put on as per company policy. (Badge will be provided by company)
ü Planogram & Cleanliness–
a. Sales promoter (relievers) needs to ensure that cleanliness is maintained at store during the working hours.
b. Extra cartons/other items should not be placed within the shop premise.
c. Planogram (Stock display & arrangement) must be maintained as per company standard. (Training will be provided)
ü Stock Management-
a. Sales promoters (relievers) will be accountable for stock management (indent for new stock as per requirement), including GRN after receiving the stock. (Goods received note)
b. Any breakage or damaged stocks to be transfer out and sent back to CFA.
c. They should be short/excess stocks received as per indent from CFA. (Training will be provided by company)
d. They need to have count of sold units & balance units, stocks deviation to be nil time of stocks audit.
e. No stocks should be given to any customers/vendors without billing in system.
ü Cash Management/ Digital Payment -
a. Sales promoters (relievers) must focus more on digital payment and stocks to be given to customers post payment confirmation.
b. They can retain only up to Rs 500 at counter at any point in time to exchange with customers.
c. The cash collected must be handed over to authorized bank person daily. (Maintain copy of deposit slip).
d. They should hand over cash to bank representative even if cash at counter is more than Rs 500.
e. They should ensure that bank person is coming for cash pickup even if deposit amount is less.
f. Daily report of cash in hand/sales/deposits to be maintained at counter.
g. Nil cash deviation should be there at the time of audit.
