Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a premium in-store shopping experience.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Demonstrate Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Bridal Jewellery collections confidently.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

• Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and ongoing offers.

• Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth completion of sales.

• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.

• Assist customers with jewellery exchange, customization, and after-sales services.

• Keep accurate records of customer inquiries and follow up on leads.

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery/Luxury/Fashion retail preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also apply.
