Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team at Mia by Tanishq in Gurugram. As a Retail Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store display.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized

• product recommendations.

• - Sales: Drive sales by demonstrating product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets.

• - Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

• - Store Operations: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store display, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• - Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.

Qualifications:

• - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

• - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales and negotiation abilities, and a

• positive, confident, and persuasive personality.

Salary and Benefits:
