Retail Sales Officer

We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer to join our team at Bajaj Finserv in Retail EMI Card vertical to boost transactions from Insta Emi Card from allocated stores outlets(Tyres/E bikes/Battery/Apparel's such as Pantaloons ,Fashion Factory).The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like relationship management, managing transactions,financing loans from outlets and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹17500 - ₹20000along with incentives upto 40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases on Bajaj Emi card through emi schemes.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure everyday 15 unique store visits without fail.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Grads and 0 - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and relationship management with dealers.

Bike is mandatory for this job Role as it is a 100% Field job.
