Job Description

Bargain Book Hut & Bookscetra are rapidly growing chain of concept retail bookstores, seeks dynamic people with experience in the retail industry for our Mumbai / Airport Shops.

Bargain Book Hut & Bookscetra stores are located at Airports, High Streets and Popular Malls across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bangalore, Goa, and Mohali. We will be retailing Books, Toys, Stationary, Confectionery and Accessories from our stores.

Store Manager - Kalaghoda, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001

The candidates will be responsible for overall operations of the store especially Customer Sales, record Sales on Point-of Sale registers, handle Cash, Receive / Return Inventory and update systems, maintain general upkeep of the store.
Maintaining customer data for customer Loyalty Programs.
Follow-up with existing and prospective customers by sending mailers / pamphlets of new arrivals and promotions.
Analyzing Sales Data to determine demographic preferences to increase Sales.
Re-ordering and maintaining healthy stock. To manage Inventory control and make sure there are no discrepancies in stock.
Staff Management.
Ensuring smooth operations of stores.
