We are looking for a Retail Floor Manager (Male) to join our team at Reputed showroom located at Bangalore Jaya nagar

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Lead, mentor and motivate sales executives
Identify and implement promotional strategies, in consultation with Store Manager
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

Requirements

3 - 6 years in Retail industry
Minimum 2 yrs exp in Team Handling
Minimum 2 yrs exp in Fashion / Lifestyle / Apparel
Available to join immediately

Salary

20k - 25k + incentives + annual bonus
