Role Overview
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue across BreakProtection stores by training and mentoring in-store sales teams, ensuring high conversion rates from leads and walk-ins, and executing floor-level sales excellence. This role requires strong people management, outbound calling skills, and frequent travel to ensure consistent revenue delivery across stores.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership: Drive and monitor per-store revenue performance across multiple locations.
Customer Conversion: Convert inbound leads (from performance marketing) and in-store walk-ins into paying customers.
Team Training & Coaching: Conduct regular floor-level sales training and roleplays to upskill store staff in customer engagement and conversion.
Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, recover lost opportunities, and boost store-level performance.
Branch Visits & Audits: Travel across branches to train, monitor, and ensure sales execution discipline.
Performance Tracking: Track KPIs such as footfall conversion rate, lead-to-sale ratio, and average revenue per store.
Customer Experience: Ensure a premium in-store experience aligned with BreakProtection’s brand values.
Who We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in retail sales, telecom, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or multi-store environment.
Strong people management and training skills – ability to motivate, coach, and drive store teams.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
Strong communication, outbound calling, and customer persuasion skills.
Self-starter with a “floor-first” mindset and ability to drive execution at scale.
