Hi ,

Designation: *Retail Specialist*

Location: *Kempegowda International Airport , Bengaluru*

Shift: *Rotational Shift*

Role Highlights:

- Act as the primary face of the brand, delivering a warm, premium and design-led customer

experience.

- Support daily store operations, sales conversions, product education and visual merchandising.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Greet and engage customers, understand their needs and recommend the right DO products across MagSafe, iPhone/iPad/Mac accessories, EDC, and Apple Watch straps.

- Demonstrate products confidently, especially tech accessories (chargers, sleeves, organizers,

power essentials).

- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets, focus on upselling and cross-selling.

- Manage POS billing, customer queries, exchanges and basic service requests.

- Maintain store hygiene, display standards and inventory replenishment.

- Support VM execution and ensure the store reflects the DO design language.

- Handle walk-ins professionally with strong communication and product knowledge.

- Provide feedback on customer behaviour, product insights, and demand trends.

- Follow opening/closing checklists and coordinate with the Store Manager.
