Job Title: Store Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in retail sales, customer interaction, or customer consultancy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Provide personalized customer consultation and product recommendations.

• Manage and motivate store staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain product knowledge.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising, store hygiene, and inventory control.

• Handle billing, stock reconciliation, and cash management as per company policies.

• Monitor and analyze store performance, preparing daily and monthly reports.

• Address customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualification:
