Job Title: Retail Branch Manager

Industry: Gardening Equipment / Fogging Machines / Agricultural & Landscape Solutions

Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Business Head / Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Retail Branch Manager to oversee and

manage retail branch operations across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be

responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, leading branch teams, ensuring

customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily operations of retail branches.

● Drive sales targets and improve branch profitability.

● Monitor branch performance and productivity.

● Oversee inventory planning, stock movement, and replenishment.

● Supervise branch staff and store operations.

● Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.

● Plan and execute promotional activities and product demonstrations.

● Maintain operational SOPs and compliance standards.

● Prepare MIS reports and provide business updates to management.

● Support institutional and corporate sales opportunities.

● Ability to travel across Mumbai branches

Qualification

● Graduate (MBA preferred)

● Experience in retail, hardware, agriculture equipment, gardening products, machinery, or

allied industries

Experience

● 5–10 years of experience in retail/store operations

● Experience handling multiple branches will be preferred

● Ability to independently manage teams and branch performance

● Exposure to gardening, nursery, machinery, hardware, or agricultural products preferred
