Job Description – Jewellery Sales Executive
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery in the showroom.
Explain designs, weight, pricing, and product details to customers clearly.
Handle both retail and wholesale customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs.
Maintain proper display of jewellery items and keep the counter organized.
Coordinate with the billing team to complete sales smoothly.
Maintain polite and professional behaviour with customers.
Help achieve showroom sales targets.
Requirements:
1–6+ years of experience in a jewellery showroom.
knowledge of gold jewellery, designs, and customer dealing.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
