The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating products, closing sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting showroom sales targets.
Greet customers courteously and understand their needs
Explain product features, pricing, quality, and offers clearly
Demonstrate products and assist in selection and decision-making
Generate bills, handle cash/card/UPI payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of showroom products
Follow up with customers for repeat sales and referrals
Handle customer objections and complaints politely and professionally
Ensure proper documentation for sales, returns, and exchanges
Adhere strictly to company policies and ethical sales practices
Graduate preferred
0-1 year of experience in showroom/retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)
Good communication skills in English & local language
Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, POS)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Customer relationship building
