This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing customer satisfaction and service, ensuring smooth retail operations, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating store staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets financial and operational goals.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client experiences
Proven ability in Communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
Knowledge and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention to minimize inventory shrinkage
Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar role is an advantage
