Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team at VJ Verma Jewellers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.

• Explain product specifications, pricing, purity, diamond quality, and making charges to customers.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and jewellery inventory records.

• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and enquiries professionally.

• Stay updated on gold rates, jewellery trends, and new collections.

• Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales at a reputed jewellery showroom or brand.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, purity, making charges, and jewellery pricing.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.

• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
