Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at at BLISSCLUB-CLOTHING BRAND. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.

• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
