Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Manage customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
