Job Title : Retail Sales Executive

Location : Camac Street, Kolkata

Salary : 20k - 50k per/month

About the Company:

We are in the premium retail brand specializing in luxury timepieces from renowned global brands like Rado, Armani, and other high-end watches worth up to ₹2 lakhs. We cater to elite clientele who appreciate quality, craftsmanship, and exclusivity

Key Responsibilities :

Greet, engage, and build rapport with high-end customers in the showroom

Showcase and explain the features, craftsmanship, and value of luxury watches

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain updated knowledge of watch brands, collections, and industry trends

Maintain showroom presentation and product displays

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods (watches, jewelry, fashion, etc)

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Ability to engage with high-profile clients and handle high-value transactions with discretion
