Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing items

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display

Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions

Inform customers about offers, discounts, and promotions

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory

Support visual merchandising and restocking activities
