🎯 1. Store Operations Management

• Manage daily retail store operations smoothly

• Ensure proper opening & closing procedures

• Maintain store cleanliness, display, and branding standards

• Monitor stock availability and fast-moving items

📦 2. Inventory & Stock Control

• Track stock levels (cables, switches, panels, lights, etc.)

• Avoid stock shortage & overstock situations

• Coordinate with warehouse for timely replenishment

• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system

💰 3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Promote high-margin electrical products

• Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., wires + accessories)

• Develop relationships with electricians, contractors & builders

👥 4. Team Management

• Handle sales executives and store staff

• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance

• Train team on product knowledge & customer handling

• Maintain discipline and motivation in team

🤝 5. Customer Handling

• Ensure excellent customer experience

• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Maintain database of regular customers

🧾 6. Billing & Accounts Coordination

• Supervise billing process (cash, credit, GST billing)

• Ensure proper invoicing and documentation

• Coordinate with accounts for outstanding payments

• Manage credit customers carefully

📊 7. Reporting & MIS

• Daily sales report

• Stock report & low stock alerts

• Monthly performance analysis

• Customer feedback reports

🏪 8. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing & delivery

• Negotiate better margins

• Track material quality and delivery timelines

🔧 9. Technical Knowledge (Important)

• Basic understanding of electrical products:

  • Wires & cables

  • Switchgear

  • Lighting

  • Panels

• Ability to guide customers technically

📈 10. Business Development (Very Important for Growth)

• Visit nearby sites, contractors & industries

• Generate new leads

• Promote TesniQ brand in local market

• Develop B2B clients
