We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. Experience who are eager to start their career in retail sales and customer service are welcome to apply. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining store operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
Ensure stock availability and assist in inventory management
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Follow company policies and sales procedures
Coordinate with team members for smooth store operation.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
Minimum qualification: Graduation (any stream)
Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling (preferred)
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Native Language mandatory, English preferred)
