Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greeting customers and identifying their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.

Upselling and cross-selling products to increase average order value.

Closing sales efficiently and handling customer queries or complaints professionally.

Store Operations & Merchandising:

Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the store floor and displays.

Ensuring shelves are stocked, priced correctly, and aligned with merchandising standards.

Processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.

Inventory & Administration:

Monitoring inventory levels, restocking, and assisting with stock counts.

Handling product returns and exchanges.

Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Target Achievement:

Working towards individual and team-based sales KPIs and targets.

Participating in promotional events and sales campaigns.
