Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and actively upsell/cross-sell to meet or exceed KPIs.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and special offers to effectively inform customers
.
Store Operations: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and properly merchandised according to brand standards.
Inventory & Transactions: Process POS transactions (cash/card), handle returns, and assist with inventory management.
Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and monitor inventory levels to report shortages.
