Position: Jewellery Consultant (JC) – 10 Positions
Experience: 2-3 yrs in Retail experience preferred ( Need  knowledge on jewellery products)
Location: Iyyappanthangal, Chennai
Languages Required: Tamil (Mandatory), English
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face 

Role Overview

The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery products, providing product knowledge, and delivering an excellent in-store customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

Assist customers in selecting jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.

Provide detailed information about product features, designs, and pricing.

Ensure customers have a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.

2. Product Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of jewellery collections including gold, diamond, and other accessories.

Explain product quality, designs, and benefits to customers confidently.

Stay updated on new collections, offers, and store promotions.

3. Sales & Store Support

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Support billing, order processing, and product display when required.

Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product presentation.

4. Customer Relationship Building

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.

5. Communication & Coordination

Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.

Ensure smooth coordination with store management for daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of jewellery products is preferred.

Candidates without jewellery experience must have retail sales experience.

Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

Languages: Tamil (Mandatory) and English.

Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to work in a retail environment.
