Retail Sales Executive – Riga by Savera

Riga by Savera is a contemporary jewellery brand offering thoughtfully designed jewellery for everyday expression. We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our store team and create a warm, personalised shopping experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers in a premium jewellery retail environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in retail sales, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or customer-facing roles.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about jewellery, pricing, features, offers, and after-sales services.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer preferences.

• Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and presentable.

• Assist with merchandise returns and basic inventory-related activities.

• Stay updated on new collections, products, offers, and promotions.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure a smooth store experience.

• Share customer feedback and observations with the Store Manager.

• In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
