About Us

SATV Dairy is a premium dairy and healthy foods brand offering pure, natural, and high-quality dairy products. We are currently hiring Retail Sales Executives for our outlets across Delhi NCR.

Job Role

Position: Retail Sales Executive
Department: Retail Sales
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

• Chattarpur

• Kailash Colony

• Vasant Vihar

• Civil Lines

• Green Park

• DLF Promenade

• Aerocity

• Saket

• Gurgaon Ambience Mall

• SS Plaza, DLF Phase-1

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interaction and product sales at the store

• Maintain excellent customer service and brand presentation

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Manage billing, stock display, and store cleanliness

• Explain product benefits and offers to customers

• Coordinate with store managers for smooth operations

Job Timings

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekly Off

• One weekly off between Monday to Wednesday

• No offs allowed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Important Conditions

• This is a standing job for approximately 10 hours daily

• Candidates should be comfortable working in retail environments and handling customer rush

• Proper grooming and professional behavior are mandatory

• Employees are required to serve the notice period before leaving the organization

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Good communication and sales skills

• Retail/FMCG experience preferred

• Freshers with confidence and good personality can also apply
