💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Role: Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executives to manage store operations and provide an excellent shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers professionally

• Promote and sell Satv Dairy products

• Handle billing and counter sales

• Maintain store cleanliness and product display

• Ensure proper stock handling and shelf arrangement

• Achieve daily sales targets

• Coordinate with store manager for smooth operations

• Maintain grooming and brand presentation standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply

• Candidates from retail, food, FMCG, fashion, or hospitality background preferred

• Must be comfortable working in shifts and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Positive attitude and sales mindset

• Basic billing/POS knowledge is a plus

• Presentable personality and team spirit
