Position Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad

Gender Requirement: Female Candidate

Age Criteria: 22–30 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant retail sales experience

Reporting To: Retail Sales Manager / Sales Head

1. Job Purpose

To manage retail store operations, engage with walk-in customers, drive sales of bed sheets and home textile products, and deliver excellent customer service.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Customer Handling

• Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert them to sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.

• Promote offers, combos, festive schemes, and new product launches.

• Provide detailed product knowledge (fabric, GSM, thread count, sizes, colors, wash care, durability).

B. Store Management

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display.

• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and hygiene.

• Handle billing, POS operations, returns, and customer concerns.

C. Inventory Management

• Maintain stock levels and avoid stock-outs.

• Conduct daily stock counting and keep records updated.

• Coordinate with warehouse/production team for replenishment.

D. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback.

• Monitor competitor pricing, designs, and market trends.

• Share suggestions for design improvement, packaging, and customer preferences.

E. Compliance & Professionalism

• Follow cash handling SOPs and store operational guidelines.

• Maintain grooming standards and professional behavior at all times.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and convincing ability.

• Excellent product explanation and customer handling skills.

• Experience in textile/home furnishing retail preferred.

• POS billing knowledge (advantage).

• Good personality, patience, and service-oriented approach.

4. Candidate Profile

• Graduate (any stream).

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in textile/garments/home furnishing.

• Female candidate only, age between 22–30 years.

• Must be comfortable working in a retail store environment.
