We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive / Salesman to join our team! 🚀

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat
💼 Experience: 1-3 Years in Retail Sales
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally.
✅ Understand customer requirements, budget, and urgency.
✅ Identify customer needs for residential, commercial, or interior projects.
✅ Demonstrate products and explain features effectively.
✅ Convert inquiries into quotations and sales orders.
✅ Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
✅ Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, fitting partners, and delivery teams.
✅ Handle after-sales service and customer follow-ups.
✅ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

✔️ 1-3 years of experience in retail sales.
✔️ Good communication and customer handling skills.
✔️ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge.
✔️ Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
