Retail Sales Executive – Interior & Building Products

Location: Kandivali West- Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling & Conversion

• Greet and professionally assist walk-in customers.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, project type, and urgency.

• Identify whether the requirement is for residential, commercial, or interior projects.

• Convert customer inquiries into quotations and confirmed orders.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  

2. Product Demonstration

• Explain product features, specifications, applications, pricing, and benefits.

• Conduct product demonstrations and help customers select the right products.

• Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
  

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up with customers on quotations and pending requirements.

• Encourage repeat purchases and generate referrals.
  

4. Order & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order processing and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with fitting/installation partners whenever required.

• Keep customers updated regarding order status, delivery, and installation.
  

5. After-Sales Service

• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.

• Ensure proper follow-up until the customer's issue is resolved.

• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales process.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets

• Experience in interior products, building materials, PVC panels, soffit panels, gypsum products, tiles, furniture, or similar industries will be preferred

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
