Job Description

Ronak Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to represent our brand in the African market. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, and driving showroom sales. The role involves direct customer interaction, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

The candidate will also support inventory management, handle product inquiries, and contribute to brand growth in the international retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Provide product demonstrations and explain product features.

• Promote higher-value products and encourage upselling.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.

• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels.

• Report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.

• Represent the company as a brand ambassador and maintain professional conduct.

• Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and service support.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate
