We are hiring: Retail Trainer (DDU-GKY Project)

We are looking for a Retail Trainer for a Skill Development project under DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana). The trainer will be responsible for training students in retail sales and customer handling.

Job Role: Retail Trainer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

• Students ko retail sales, customer handling aur store operations ka training dena

• Practical & theoretical classes conduct karna

• Communication skills aur personality development par focus karna

• Batch handling aur attendance maintain karna

• Assessment & placement preparation me support dena

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate / 12th + experience in retail field

• Retail sales / customer service ka knowledge hona chahiye

• Teaching ya training experience preferred

• Good communication skills

Project Details:

DDU-GKY ek Government skill development scheme hai jo rural youth ko free training aur placement support provide karta hai.
