Hug Food pvt ltd. is a venture of OWM ltd (Nahar group) which is headquartered in Ludhiana (Punjab). Hug Food pvt ltd. known for its high-quality offerings in the frozen yoghurt and dessert vertical, is seeking a dynamic individual who can oversee the operations, drive growth strategies, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Oversee reporting of cost of goods sold (COGS) and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maximized efficiency across all departments.
Manage inventory across the entire operation, minimizing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Motivate and empower staff across all departments, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment across all channels (including online).
Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints from all sources.
Experience & Competencies:
6 months - 4 years of experience in a backend role.
Proven ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with online ordering systems a plus.
