🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our electronics appliances store in Ratlam. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a great in-store experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Demonstrate features and benefits of electronic appliances

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain product display and store cleanliness

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation

• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales

• Support outdoor sales/field visits when required (Bike mandatory)

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in retail sales (Electronics preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach

• Must own a bike
