Position: Retail Store Executive

Role Summary:
The Retail Store Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product availability, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Ensure proper merchandise display, facing, and stock replenishment.

• Maintain product availability and monitor stock levels.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and manage expiry-sensitive products.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

• Support inventory audits and stock verification activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with promoters, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• PUC / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
