We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our retail team at Me N Moms. The candidate should have experience in retail sales, customer handling, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory.
Handle billing and customer queries.
Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation.
Support daily store operations and coordinate with the store team.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel, kidswear, toys, or lifestyle brands.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of sales targets and retail operations.
Presentable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
