Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average order value
Follow up on leads and promotions to convert footfall into sales
Customer Engagement
Greet customers and build rapport quickly
Ask the right questions to understand needs and preferences
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly
Handle objections and resolve complaints professionally
Product & Store Management
Keep up with product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions
Maintain neat product displays and ensure pricing is accurate
Restock shelves and assist with inventory counts
Process transactions accurately on POS and handle cash/card payments
Reporting
Track daily sales and customer interactions
Report stock shortages, damaged goods, and competitor activity to the manager
