Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
Manage point-of-sale processes and ensure smooth billing and checkout.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Generate leads and follow up for repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals.
