Retail Sales Executive

Manepally Jewellers is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom team at Chandanagar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers confidently

• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Follow company SOPs, billing process, and inventory handling procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)

• Education: Minimum 10th pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Presentable personality with good grooming standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment

• Basic knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery is an added advantage
