Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our garments store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, achieving sales targets, and promoting our clothing products with enthusiasm and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection based on their needs and preferences.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including fabric types, sizes, styles, and current trends.

• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure store cleanliness and organization.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and returns.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking shelves.

• Stay up-to-date with product launches, promotions, and in-store events.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the store manager when needed.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including grooming standards and dress code.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in retail sales, preferably in garments or fashion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.

• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with luxury or branded apparel retail.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
