Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
●
Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
●
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.

Maximise sales opportunities and increase average transaction value
2. Customer Relationship Management
●
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide personalised assistance.
●
Handle customer enquiries, objections and complaints professionally.
●
Provide accurate information about pricing, offers and product availability.
●
Follow up with prospective customers and pending enquiries
Showroom Management & Merchandising
●
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
●
Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled and price-tagged.
●
Keep the showroom clean, organised and customer-friendly.
●
Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory staff.
