Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our pet store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting pet products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations efficiently. A love for animals and basic knowledge of pet care will be an added advantage.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pet products (food, accessories, grooming items, etc.)

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately

• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products

• Provide basic guidance on pet care, nutrition, and products

• Manage inventory and stock replenishment

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

🐶 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Prior experience in retail sales (pet store experience is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
