📍 Locations: Koramangala & BEL Road, Bengaluru

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to build a career in retail, hospitality, or game operations? THE GRID is expanding and we’re looking for energetic individuals to join our team!

Position: Retail Sales Executive / Retail Counter Sales Executive
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month (Candidates with more than 6months of experience)
🎯 Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹4,000
✅ No deductions
🕒 Shifts:
• Morning: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Working on weekends & public holidays
• Weekly off: 1 day (Monday–Thursday)
👥 Gender: Any

About the Role
As the first point of contact at THE GRID, you’ll be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our players:
- Customer interaction & relationship building
- Upselling and cross-selling activities, beverages, and games
- Managing queues, bookings, and events
- Guiding players and explaining game activities
- Ensuring smooth operations, safety, and equipment care
- Billing, feedback collection, and basic admin tasks
-Sales and Revenue generation
