Retail Sales Executive

Profiles Required:

• Telecaller – Thane / Western line | CTC: ₹2–3 LPA
• Sales Connecting Officer (Lead Generation / Telesales) | CTC: ₹2–3 LPA
• Relationship Manager (POSP & Agency) | CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
• Operations Role | CTC: ₹4–5 LPA

Job Title: Sales Customer Officer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Customer Officer who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with customers, and converting them into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities

• Connect with potential customers and explain products/services

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in tele sales / insurance / BFSI is an added advantage

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

• Attractive incentives (No upper limit on earning)

Location:

• Thane / Western Line (Mumbai)
