GemJohri is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our gemstone & jewellery store in Jaipur.

💼 Role: Retail Sales Executive

📍 Location: Johri Bazar, Jaipur
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + incentives
🎓 Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones & jewellery

• Explain product features, pricing, and basic gemstone details

• Handle customer queries and build strong customer relationships

• Support sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain proper display and presentation of products

• Coordinate with the team for billing, packing, and order handling

• Follow up with customers when required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and presentable personality

• Customer-friendly and positive attitude

• Basic sales and negotiation skills

• Willingness to learn about gemstones and jewellery

• Target-oriented and responsible

• Freshers are welcome! Training will be provided.
