Attending Walk-in Customers inside the Store
Understanding Customer Needs
Showing Product to the Customer
Product Demo
Closing the Sale

Candidate Specification:

Must be 10th Pass out
Must be Confident
Willing to build a career in Retail Sales
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Must be ready to deliver 10 hours of duty period
Salary:
Salary @Rs.12500/- month during the Trainee Period of 6 months and after 6 months of Trainee Period @15000/- month + Incentives + Other Benefits like PF / ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity / Personal Accident Policy etc.
