Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales to join our team at our Indira Nagar and Whitefield stores. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them with product selection

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and offers

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Handle billing, cash, card, and UPI payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store

• Arrange products and support visual merchandising

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Assist with stock receiving and inventory management

• Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Skills

• Female candidates preferred

• Candidates from the North-East region are encouraged to apply

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi; additional languages a plus)

• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
