• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets consistently through professional selling and customer engagement.
• Ensure maximum sales conversion of all customer walk-ins by applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with a minimum of 10 customers to drive repeat visits and sales closures.
• Periodically reorganize and maintain the planogram / merchandising display to ensure visual appeal and alignment with brand standards.
• Identify and report non-moving stock (over 60 days) to the Showroom Manager daily and recommend replacement with new designs to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and after-sales follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and showroom operating procedures.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
