• Uploading product images on various ecommerce profiles.
• Sending products for photoshoot.
• Barcoding the received products.
• Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the e- commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability on the website.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage order processing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Managing online sales.
• Managing inventory, both on front end and back end.
• Sizing the garments as per company’s size chart.
• Conducting regular stock checks and coordinating restocking activities.
• Greeting customers and helping them find the right sized product.
• Handling customer grievances, inquires, concerns and returns with a positive solution-oriented approach.
• Ensuring the store layout is visually appealing and the merchandise is displayed in an organised way.
• Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
